Hello
After many years, I am back at Outlook by the demand of my new boss I have understood that I can NOT sort emails in the inbox by the display name that I enter in the address book, but that the name entered by the sender is always displayed, and I can sort by this. Unfortunately, I have some customers that are displayed with the same term, e.g. "Info" or "Service" Then I always have to click on all the emails until I find the right one, and they are not sorted alphabetically by company, which is quite cumbersome with a few hundred emails in the inbox. Apart from using the search every time - is there another way - apart from creating many subfolders - to keep the e-mails from one company together? So mails from info@a and service@a and john@a together - from info@x and service@x and jack@x etc. I hope that was understandable, otherwise please ask. Outlook 365, Win 10 and 11 pro 64 bit Thanks a lot and greetings Thomas |
