Attempted to search the bug reports for Outlook 2010 to no avail. This is a reoccurring issue. You might be able to work around this with the third party program you suggested, or creating a client side rule should also temporarily fix this issue. You could set the rule to act upon any messages entering your domain with the senders email address, then simply redirect it to a specific folder. Please Note: Even the suggested rule can fail if the sender uses an alias. Hope this helps |
