![]() There seems to be no rhyme or reason, but Outlook 2010 does not remember some senders that I repeatedly put on the whitelist by setting them to "Never block sender" As a result I have to constantly check to make sure things haven't ended up in the Junk Mail folder. Anyone else reporting this? I think I may have to go to using SpamBully or something similar. |

djames1958,
Attempted to search the bug reports for Outlook 2010 to no avail. This is a reoccurring issue. You might be able to work around this with the third party program you suggested, or creating a client side rule should also temporarily fix this issue. You could set the rule to act upon any messages entering your domain with the senders email address, then simply redirect it to a specific folder. Please Note: Even the suggested rule can fail if the sender uses an alias. Hope this helps |
