To aid you in your issue, provide more details. Shows you use outlook 2010..the account(s) you have are they IMAP or POP3 account configurations? The above steps are for POP3 configurations and IMAP does not have the same feature. Whom is your provider? If its Hotmail, yahoo, Google, they may have these options on their standard interface. Keep posting,
