Having the same problem
I have the same problem - emails disappear from one of my email accounts. Tried the solution posted in previous post. All good until the last step - my outlook didn't give me the option to change delivery. Any other suggestions. This is getting beyond annoying and into the problematic space. Emails are now being deleted daily. Thanks in advance
