About once a day I find that when I select a message then select another (no ctrl held) it doesn't deselect the first. As I click on other messages it just keeps selecting without deselecting others. Restarting outlook doesn't help. Have to restart computer but after this outlook glitch, it goes to the "Choose and Option" screen and I have to click Continue button. If I am working remotely the connection is lost on restarting and doesn't reconnect until after Continue is clicked. If I am working remotely and no one in office I am locked out of computer.

I have tried compacting, moving emails to archive pst but problems persists. A colleague reported same behaviour yesterday so I reckon is not a peculiarity of my setup. Restarting doesn't go to Choose an Option screen in other circumstances



Googling the problem found nothing and couldn't see anything similar on this forum...
