Default Looking for a way to email contacts with similar names

Hi, using Outlook 365 I have a LOT of guys named Chris both above and below me in various roles. When making an email I will type Ch and it brings up the first Chris in my contacts in the recipients block. Is there a way to designate them by initials maybe? That way CJ would go to Chris Jones but CB would to to Chris Black and CA would be Chris April etc? It's not a world ending problem but it would make my day to find a tip I can use. That first Chris has been a good sport but not all the emails were meant for him LOL. Thanks for looking and any insights or tips.
