Outlook can print out a calendar that is close to what you want.
1. Go to the Outlook Calendar. 2. Choose "Print" 3. Choose "Daily Style" Then activate the "Define styles..." button, and find options for hiding or showing certain information. For example, you can "Edit..." the view to NOT include the "Notes" section. I think you'll also find an option for choosing the "A4" page size. Holidays will appear on the printed calendar if you have added them to the Outlook calendar. |
