I am trying to do this using manual setup through IMAP, but get error message that it is unable to setup this address.


The error message includes "manual setup isnt possible for MS 365 accounts unless you use POP or IMAP. Contact your administrator to determine if POP or IMAP access is enabled for your account".

I don't know if this is enabled, I don't know how to find out, or how to contact the administrator.

I had no problems adding this new email address to my android phone through IMAP, with the same settings.
