A coworker called me over yesterday to look at what he described as content being "stripped out" of Emails in Outlook 365 desktop. Just the header info shows, and there's no little link to download images or anything... just blank white space.
Our IT company informs us this is a known issue for Outlook 365, and that a workaround is to look at those Emails at Outlook online, or on a mobile device, where they do load. Seems to have just affected us over the past several days. I just found an email from Nespresso (I order supplies for our office) that was in my unfocused, and it loaded with no content, whereas on my phone it both loaded and had a link to view online. (My name did load, I just whited part of it out in the image, but nothing appears below that. Seems to only affect very recent commercial emails like newsletters. It seems to maybe have come in with a recent Windows Update. Just wondering whether anyone else is experiencing it. Thanks, Ann |
