Windows 10 Incoming mail formatting lost?

Incoming mail formatting lost?

Suddenly, all incoming mail seems stripped of formatting and displays similar to plain text with blue underlined links.

I've searched Options Mail and Advanced for the setting to return the view to HTML with no luck.

Suggestion?
