Hi, i currently need helpers with my business emails because i recieve too much of them...but before i give my assistant full trust i would like to be able to monitor an email before it is sent. Let's say my helper reply to an email we recieved, i would like to be able to recieve that reply-email first, then simply read it and then click a button to send it if it's okay.
Is there a way to do that? Thanks |

I don't think there is.. But maybe there is a 3rd party software for it.. You need to be readdy to pay a small price for those kind of applications though..

I have just one more suggestion for you
You can add this makro to his/her Outlook In outlook 2007 this in in Extra>Macro> Visual Basic Editor Quote:
This way, your mail adress will be in the "Sent to" field by default, and there will be default message and subject. Feel free to edit those.. But this could work.. ofcourse, this is not perfect or anything.. But it will work. Also, if you have problems running the Macro, I have the following tip: go Extra>TrustCentrum (bad translation from Dutch)> MacroSecurity. Here, I have selected "No macrosecurity (not recommended)" but feel free to select another option that allows the macro to work. Please post it here if this works. EDIT: This doesn't work when the assistent just presses "new mail item" This only works if she opens the Macro up using ALT+F8 This makes it MUCH less ideal.. but still possible.. Sorry about that Last edited by Joostdegrote; 10-01-2010 at 04:22 AM. Reason: Forgot something... |
