It may be possible to use a mailing rule to accomplish this. However, since you do not have exchange the rule will only be performed when Outlook is actively opened at your work station.

Note: The rule, being client side, will also ave limitations on the time frame of incoming messages. However, you can use the rule to forward incoming messages to a specific archive folder or sub-folder.
