Unhappy How to delete an existing template from Outlook 2019?

We migrated to Outlook 2019 from 2016. In 2016 I could browse to the template folder and see all the templates. But in 2019, the templates are not saved in that location although the KB articles says so

c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\microsoft\templa tes

This article talks about how to create a folder, but there is no article that says how to delete it.

I have old/redundant templates from 2016 and I can't find a way to delete them? Even though I deleted them from the folder, they are still showing in Outlook as if they exist. My question is how to delete templates in Outlook 2019? Where does it actually saves those templates, they are not in the folder listed in the KB above?
