I've been having this problem for some time now (intermittently). It has followed me from machine to machine even though I've gone so far as to delete my profile and start from scratch.

Sometimes, I am unable to maximize a message window. When maximized, it only covers the lower half of the screen. If I set it to be able to resize, I can get it full screen size, but maximize still takes it to half screen view.

Sometimes, I can't get any window over the top of one of my Outlook windows. The only way to see any other window other than the particular problematic window is to minimize or close the problematic window (can't even get Remote Desktop to go over the top of this particular window). This is usually any window spawned from a specific window.



Anyone heard of this before? Any fixes?
