Unable to add accounts to Outlook
Had Outlook 365 but it was not renewed (several months ago).
Recently I purchased and loaded Microsoft Office Home & Business 2019 which includes Outlook. This is for a iMac computer. I am totally unable to load either one of my e-mail accounts into Outlook. Attached below is a snap shot of the page that I'm stopped at. Simply not able to get the Add Account button active, Microsoft help was tried but . . . . Error.jpg In advance, thanks.
