When I send an email and someone replies to my email, the reply font is too small. I am using Outlook 2013.

I have no problem with the Outlook font when I create an email.



How do I configure the font used in replies that come to me?

1. Click inside the body of an email message that has text that is too small.



2. While holding down the Ctrl key on the keyboard, spin the mouse wheel in both directions. One direction will cause the zoom level to decrease, and the opposite direction will cause the zoom level to increase.



3. When you've found a good zoom level, release the Ctrl key.



Then check with other messages to find out whether this setting persists.
