1. Click inside the body of an email message that has text that is too small.



2. While holding down the Ctrl key on the keyboard, spin the mouse wheel in both directions. One direction will cause the zoom level to decrease, and the opposite direction will cause the zoom level to increase.



3. When you've found a good zoom level, release the Ctrl key.



Then check with other messages to find out whether this setting persists.
