Default adobe toolbars

Dear Forum,

I have installed Acrobat so that I can edit acrobat files and also occasionally create pdf files. Unfortunately Acrobat then installs toolbars in all my Microsoft software. I wish to remove these toolbars but customising doesn’t help.

I have saved a normal.dot file, and this has solved the problem for word but what I want to do is solve it for Outlook for the Inbox and the Untitled message.

What is worse is that the toolbar takes up a whole line of the toolbars part of the screen, and if I move it to tidy it up the next time it reappears in the old place. I have written to Adobe to no avail.

I understood that good companies don’t involve themselves in such practices, and would help customers customise.

Hope you are keeping well,

All the Best,

Bill Z
