I originally set my outlook to never archive my emails and my inbox has approx 100 sub-folders and I want to know if I change settings to archive emails older than say one year, where do they go and can I still see them if I need to find some info?

When you setup the Archiving, you can set it to save wherever you want to on your pc.
After the info is archived, you can access it again by importing the file back into Outlook. Check out this link for more info: http://www.brighthub.com/office/home...les/10550.aspx |
