Windows 10 outlook wont open custom Forms

outlook wont open custom Forms

Hi,

i get this message when i try to open archived mails.

The custom Form could not be opened, Outlook will use a Outlook Form instead.

i already cleard the forms cache but it's still not working.

any ideas.
