![]() My PC runs Windows 10. I subscribe to Office 365. When I renewed my Office 365 it was updated to Microsoft 365. Now OUTLOOK does not have any of my folders containing my e-mails. There are over 2000 e-mails in the INPUT folder. I have not yet determined the path to the outlook.pst data file to look at that folder. |

I have discovered that the OUTLOOK that I was looking at is the new Microsoft 365 OUTLOOK .
I have 2 DELL laptops running Windows 10 and Office 365. I recently renewed my Office 365 subscription to the new Microsoft 365 on one of the laptops (A). The other laptop (B) continues to run OUTLOOK normally Send/Receive. Laptop (A) can see my OUTLOOK e-mails in the .pst data file in the old format until the Microsoft 365 change on Jan 11th. Since then Send/Receive does not run. I know the ISP has my e-mails that I see when accessing the new OUTLOOK in Microsoft 365. I don't know where to begin to try to determine the cause of this problem. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Tom |
