Recently, as in about 3 months ago give or take, any time I attach a file (no matter the type - PDF, jpg, Excel, Word & others) to an outgoing email message my Outlook immediately closes down and then restarts at which time Outlook then proceeds to send out the message. Any time I insert an image into the body of the message, no problem.
Sometimes when I drag a file to attach from a folder Outlook crashes. I have searched high and low on the web and find nothing. Does anyone have a clue? I am seriously considering reinstallation of my Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013. In a recent previous thread submitted in the Office forum area titled "Before uninstalling Microsoft office what precautions should be taken", I discuss doing this with included questioning. |
