Hi,
I have just installed Outlook 365 on my wife's new laptop (using the same subscription as her old machine) and found that some of the content that she had carefully put into folders is missing. The missing content is all from after 2014, so I thought maybe I had specified the wrong PST file, (ie an older PST file), but as far as I can tell it is the correct file. I don't file any emails within my own Outlook so I have no experience of using folders. I assumed that these files were also included in the Outlook PST file - but I can see that there is also an Archive PST file - is that where they are stored? or is there some other way to re-instate them? Thanks |
