Default Outlook mixes between First and Last name

Hi,
When I add a name to my contacts with a right click on the sender's name... Outlook 2003 put the first name as the last name and the last name as the first name.
Can I fix that?

Default It is not what I meant

If a "John Smith" sends me an e-mail and I add his name to my outlook contacts using he command right click-> "Add to contacts" what happen is that "John" goes into "Last" an "Smith" goes int "first".
I have to correct it manually.
