I have a three monitor set up on Windows 10. My outlook calendar(2010) remains opened all times on one of my monitors.
One of my outlook calendar items have the phone numbers for the contacts that I most often need. Currently, I go to my search box and search for the telephone book entry that has the phone numbers in it. Then I open it and scroll down to get to the phone number that I need. Is it possible to add that one telephone book calendar entry item to my quick access toolbar? This way instead of searching for the item, I could just click the button and open my telephone book entry. Thanks for any help |
