Hello all.
Been an Office365 user for years. Had to change my password the other day and that appears to have screwed everything up. When I changed the password I can no longer add my email address back into Outlook. Firstly, the autodiscover doesnt work. It asks me for my password and then asks me to authorise my 2FA ... and then it asks me for my password and then asks me to authorise my 2FA (again) before giving up and saying it cannot add the email. Things are fine on my phone (iOS Outlook) but it is just my laptop that it refuses to work. I have repaired and updated office. I have removed credentials and signed out of everything but nothing seems to work. Can someone please suggest how to fix this? Thanks |
