I'm looking for a free program that can backup's up outlook 2010
calender,email accounts,task & everything that I would need to
restore outlook 2010 when I have to in a emergency.

In tried to do it manually but I got multiple instances of
appointments for my calender is there a software program
that will do this.

I'm not sure of any third party software that can help with this task.

However, if you are using an exchange account, it is very possible your hosted exchange provider will have a service to archive or journal your entire mailbox. These services should be available if your hosted provider is using exchange 2003 or newer.
