Unfortunately not from my research. I have checked and double checked. It would appear there are no options to combine the favorites folders.
This seems intended to keep messages separate for each account. You can, not recommended by me, create a client side rule to have all message going into one account moved to a specified folder. You can then create rules to have all mail going into one folder. Hope this information was helpful. hosted exchange provided by VAR Dynamics
