I cannot access my email in the Outlook 2013 program since I installed the Norton Lifelock program. When I talked to Norton this morning I was told to reset my password for Outlook. How do I do this?

In Outlook, choose File > Account Settings > Account Settings. Select the email account you want to change, and then choose Change. In the Change Account window, update your password.
