I was searching Outlook 2010 and this is what i found:
- Click the File tab, and then select New.
- All the templates currently installed on our computer will be listed under Available Templates.
- Highlight the template you want to use and click Create. A new file will open in the template you’ve selected.
Note To select a template that you have created, or downloaded to your computer, select
My Templates, and then choose your template from the
Personal Templates window.
By default templates are saved to your local computer in these locations:
Windows 7 and Windows Vista c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\microsoft\templates
Windows XP c:\documents and settings\username\application data\microsoft\templates
