May be I'm not understanding properly but if my understanding is that you want to restore Outlook data from your old disk then can you do the following

  1. Search for Outlook.pst file in the old disk.
  2. This contains the Outlook emails, calendars etc.
  3. Copy this file to new machine.
  4. Open the PST file using File | Open| Outlook Data File.
I hope this helps you otherwise please ignore this.
