I am able to achieve what ohitsonlikedonkeykong seeks via my Yahoo and Gmail accounts by setting Outlook for each account at my 5 PCs as POP and leave a copy on the server. It's not as seamless as IMAP, but it is a non-Exchange solution for SOHO shops like mine that are just too small to afford an Exchange server (hosted or otherwise). The only problem since going from 2003 to 2007 has been that the calendaring doesn't allow you to accept any meeting invitations sent by any account you have Outlook configured to access from that PC. So, if my Yahoo ID is set up in Outlook on PC1 and PC2, I can see the email everywhere, but I can't invite myself to meetings anymore to create duplicate calendars. There might be a solution for this with web-based calendaring...???
