![]() I am trying to create a distribution list in Outlook 2007. I found this article to explain the steps - http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...in=HA010266586 but, it doesn't work for me. I have received a message with several contacts in the TO: field. I want to create a distribution list from these contacts. I copy and paste - go to the MS button and Create New Distribution List. I select NEW MEMBERS and am pasting the contacts into the MEMBERS field as directed. When I say OK, I get a message that Outlook does not recognize the contact and I am instructed to find the contact. What is going wrong? |

johnstonia,
First you will need to resolve the error you are receiving which can be done at the link provided. Once you have completed this, you should be able to create your Distribution List with no problems. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287563 Hope this helps. Mophead. |

Is there some setting the administrator needs to set so that I can access? |
