Default Creating distribution list from contacts in TO field
I am trying to create a distribution list in Outlook 2007. I found this article to explain the steps - http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...in=HA010266586
but, it doesn't work for me.

I have received a message with several contacts in the TO: field. I want to create a distribution list from these contacts. I copy and paste - go to the MS button and Create New Distribution List. I select NEW MEMBERS and am pasting the contacts into the MEMBERS field as directed.

When I say OK, I get a message that Outlook does not recognize the contact and I am instructed to find the contact.

What is going wrong?
