If you get your Gmail Outlook connections set up properly, you will be able to have your messages synched between Gmail and the 2 Outlooks with no problem. I do exactly that with two copies of Outlook and two Gmail accounts.
If you go to this Gmail Outlook connection page, you will find detailed instructions on getting the IMAP connection between Outlook & Gmail working. That should take care of the rest. I hope this helps.
