I have an alias email address (call it b@live.co.uk) which I could access via the a@live.co.uk folder list.
I can no longer do this - I have not made any changes I am aware of. Whether I log into the website using either a@live.co.uk or b@live.co.uk address the a@live.co.uk folder list is displayed but b@live.co.uk is no longer to be seen. I have tried making b@live.co.uk the default address with no difference. I can send messages using both addresses. Using Outlook 2010 b@live.co.uk is the only listed account but in th eleft pane the folder list is for a@live.co.uk. Forgive me if this seems basic but I know next to bugger all about tech and just spend hours going round and round before giving up. |
