Outlook search field remains open with contents even after "close search"

Hi,

My outlook search is set up with "more" search fields such as "from", "body"..etc.
Recently, when I populate these fields, run a search and then close search, the "more" search fields remain open and populated with the search contents. I have to manually delete the contents and close the boxes and then start all over again.
Anyone seen this issue?
