Hi, I have Office 365 subscription with latest client installed on Windows 10.
I have a client contact who regularly emails me. I get more email from him than from anybody else whose name starts with the same letters. Let's call him fred.smith@client.com If I want to find emails from someone then I can start to type their name or email address in the "Search Current Mailbox" box at the top of the mail list, and Outlook suggests people in the form of "from: 'firstname.lastname@domain.com'" If I select that, then all emails from that person are listed. For some reason, this person who emails me more than anyone else, is never populated in this list. I type "fre" and get "from: 'Fred.bloggs'" or "from: 'Fred.Jones'" or even "from: 'Frank.Brown'" but never "from: 'fred.smith@client.com.'" Can anybody tell me why Outlook is refusing to acknowledge the existence of this person? Thanks MNIJ |

I'm guessing that's a "no" then!
