Outlook 2010 Templates

In outlook 2007 i was able to right click on the outlook icon pined to the windows 7 task bar and see all the recently opened templates. In 2010 this is no longer an option. Is there an easy way to access templates without having to browse to them on the hard drive and double click them?

I was searching Outlook 2010 and this is what i found:

1. Click the File tab, and then select New.
2. All the templates currently installed on our computer will be listed under Available Templates.
3. Highlight the template you want to use and click Create. A new file will open in the template you’ve selected.

Note To select a template that you have created, or downloaded to your computer, select My Templates, and then choose your template from the Personal Templates window.


By default templates are saved to your local computer in these locations:


Windows 7 and Windows Vista c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\microsoft\templates

Windows XP c:\documents and settings\username\application data\microsoft\templates
