Have you selected Assign task?
When you assign a task you have the ability to add the user to the TO field. Once you assign the user or users this should show up in the contact history if free/busy information has been configured properly. |

The task is local, as is just for me on my task list...do I have to assign it to myself...LOL

I would assume so if you are wanting to track the task in the contact history.
