Using Outlook 2013 I set up conditional formatting on email to turn green based on a certain keyword. It works fine and it turns green when it's unread, but when it's read, it removes the green color. Is there anyway around this? I want it to stay green after it's read. Your help is greatly appreciated. ![]() Karen |
