The same has happened to me, only to my gmail accounts. I am getting errors 800CCC0E-0-0-940 & separate code 800CCC0E-0-0-560. This all started on 9-12 after the following windows 10 updates (also attached file):
KB4475599, KB454514359, KB4516115, KB4464566, and KB4515384. If I restore my computer to before these updates, everything works as normal, but any restarts of the computer installs the updates.
