I have a secretary in our campany who has several user's calendars delegated to her but she can only see appointments on their calendars through next month...i.e. Right now she can see all of Aug and Sept but cannot see the calendar details for Oct. Once Sept gets here she will be able to see Oct. but not Nov. if the pattern remains the same. She has other deletages who's calendar appointmenets she can see for several months in advance.

This is normal behaviour because the default is to
publish only two months at a time. This can be changed at Tools > Options > (Preferences) > Calendar options > Free/Busy Options > Permissions tab > Other Free/Busy, you can change 2 months to whatever you like. |

The setting is for 12 months of Free/Busy information on the server. But she can only see this month and next month.
I have tried running outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy with no change. I found that the user has Outlook 03 and the people in her group have 07 and I think that is the issue. |

Found the fix. The setting mentioned above needed to be changed on the PCs of each person delegating their calendars to the secretary.
