Plain Text Email Reply in HTML format

Hello Everyone,

I have setup HTML format as a default but when i replied Plain text or Rich Text email its never select html format, i want to setup outlook always reply using html. how is this possible.

If you are using Outlook 2007, Goto Tools>Options>Mail Format>in the Message Format section,click the Internet Format button, in the drop down box, make sure 'Convert to HTML Format' is selected.
