For some reason, today my outlook will not start.
I get the errors seen below. I have rebooted, but the problem persists.
How do I fix this?

The second message is suggesting system congestion. What kind of machine are you running on—mainly how much RAM and how much free space on your hard disk?

Close any apps which could be hogging resources.
Look in the Startup tab in Task Manager and disable anything you don't need starting when Windows starts.
