Mail Reply Process Help
I have an instance where I need to streamline a process in our org. I work in an R&D facility and visitors need gate access and also to complete a facility NDA before entering.
The admin emails the guardshack with a list of names for the day, and I was wondering if I could trigger a second email to the visitor cc's to include the required forms. We could set up a dedicated mailbox to have the completed forms returned to. This seems entirely possible, but I can't figure out a way to make it work. Any advice? Thanks in advance! |

If you have a list of the e-mail addresses associated with the names in question, then you could BCC that list with a single e-mail and attachment. BCC addresses are not seen by the other recipients. The unexplained issue here is the association between a list of names sent to your guardshack and the e-mail addresses of the listed names.
