Default Re-Formatting HD - Need to save Outlook 2002 info

Hi all. I have been using Outlook 2002 for about 2 years now and have alot of information and data, saved emails and the like. I need to reformat my drive and re-install XP because I've made some major hardware upgrades but I don't want to because of all my Outlook information I need to keep.

Is there a posting somewhere or some advice about saving all my outlook info and then re-using my saved info on a clean install?

Any help would be appreciated.
