How to auto flag and categorize upon sending email?
I explored rule creation in Outlook 2016, but it only seems to apply for emails received. At the point of sending the email, how do I hit a different keyboard shortcut to let it auto-flag + categorize in a certain color? Thanks in advance for your help!
