Default Create folder in sent messages and copy message when you send an e-mail

Hello

I'm wondering if it's possible to have Outlook automatically create a folder with the same path as I have sent my e-mail from?

Let's say I have an e-mail in the following folderstructure:
Inbox-->Project-->Project Location-->Project Name

When I click reply I would like it to create the same path under Sent items.
Sent-->Project-->Project Location-->Project Name
If the path already exists it should just move the mail there.

Is this at all possible?

You can't do that without a 3rd party add-in but you can come close by having replies stay in the same folder as the original email.

The option is located (in Outlook) by going to File...Options...Mail, under the "Save Messages" area and says "When replying to a message that is not in the Inbox, save the reply in the same folder".

Appreciate the help

Is there any way this can be done retroactively on mails already sent, so they get moved to that folder?

While creating the folder(s) is possible, if somewhat tortuous, utilising them when creating a reply and especially after the message has been sent is no easy feat because the information relating to the folder from which the message is created is not recorded with the message. I have racked my brains but cannot come up with a viable solution for how this could be achieved.
